Laid in is the separate 8 pp "Appendix giving Data Relative to the 'Constitution"' This has caused browning to the inside of the front wrap and the appendix itself. Also laid in is the card that reads "Any profits that accrue fromthe sale of this little pamphlet will be turned over to the Navy Relief Society. This is a philanthropic society within the Navy for the relief of dependent widows and orphans of enlisted men and officers of the Service." This card is seldom found . Overall a very nice copy.

Otherwise the text appears unmarked. The binding is shaken and splitting in areas, but it is still intact.
