The condition of this larger cloth spine and board Classic Children's Book is Good++ with a Fair+ jacket. c1940, reprint from 1933. This cover is bright and attractive with only light wear. The edges and corners, have only some light wear and minor bumps. This green cloth spine is still bright with a light wear to the ends. The pages are clean and the illustrations are bright, except for a touch of aging. Slightly musty, but not bad at all. This jacket iis attractive with some soiling and wear and a gap to the top spine end and also a few short tears. P/o name and address in pencil. Cute Illustrations. 36 pages.

Stattdessen begibt sie sich selbst auf die Suche u. findet Küken, Kälbchen, Häschen - und bei ihrer Rückkehr ein richtiges Baby. Gewidmet hat der Autor/Illustrator den Band "Jand and Joanne, who do not have to worry about this sort of situation" (da sie wohl Zwillinge sind). - Durchgängig etwas fingerfleckig.

Final page badly torn out. Several light scratches and remnants from pencil scribbles on front, badly worn along front edges, two short crayon scribbles near middle of first front end paper, long crayon mark on pages 5, 12 and 13, torn down left side of page 13 from top to near bottom. Poor.
