Hardcover. Etat : Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. 1st Edition. A fine copy, in a very good dust plus dust jacket, of the stated first edition. The black cloth binding is clean and unworn, with strong silver lettering to the spine. Everything is square and tight, with sharp unbumped edges and corners. Inside there are no ownership inscriptions or other markings of any kind. The attractive pictorial dust jacket is unclipped ($6.95) and is fully intact with only light edgewear and minor rubbing to the joints. It is now protected in a removable mylar cover. From the jacket flap: "With the skill and restraint they have employed in their other highly successful books, Richard Harrity and Ralph G. Martin have assembled and selected hundreds of pictures depicting Churchill's life from childhood to the present and prepared an accompanying text echoing many of Churchill's own immortal words".
