Maroon cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine and bottom of front board in good condition a little wear and fading to spine and bumping to tips. Inside on the dedication page to Robert Fellowes is written and signed "C Chaplin from G. F. Fellowes,1912"(sic). Inside a little intermittent foxing throughout otherwise all pages/plates in very good clean condition. A nice copy.

Also one picture page has come detached, so some remedial work on the book may be necessary. On the inside pages are some inscriptions. See photograph. Dims: 220mm x 150mm x 20mm. 96 pages.

Illustrated with numerous b/w photographic plates throughout. There is a list of Masters, list of meets, index of names and index of places at the rear of the book. Bound in burgundy cloth boards with gilt embossed lettering to the front board and spine. The head and tail of the spine are a little bumped and all four board corners are turned in or bumped. There is some scattered light foxing to the end papers and fore edges and slightly to the margins of a few other pages. There is a neat light crease to the top of pp8. Pencil monogram and date inscription to the reverse of the frontispiece plate. A very good minus copy of this first edition.
