Offered is an original typed and signed one-page letter measuring 6" by 8-1/2" from Bonnie Peters from the Andre Emmerich Gallery to David Hockney Studio staff member Karen [Colman Kuhlman] (lacking mailing envelope). The text reads in full: "Dear Karen, Enclosed are xeroed copies of the results of the sales at Sotheby's and Chirstie's [sic] of the past two weeks. I thought you might like them for your records. With all best regards, Cordially, [signed] Bonnie Peters." There are two post-it notes on the letter, the first from staff member Karen Kuhlman to staff member Carla Rajnus which reads "Carla - go thru Emm. copies & mark their info into our auction catalogues - Tk y" and the second, a reply from Carla to Karen which reads "KS - these have all been marked in catalogues. NOTE: Sotheby's almost always fetches more than Christie's for the same prints." Previously folded once for mailing purposes. Signed by Author(s).
