English boy-poet Thomas Chatterton who, it is believed by most scholars, took his own life by arsenic poisoning at age 17. Illustrations include Chatterton in his garret, the birth home, Colston's Hospital, Chatterton on his death-bed, the poet's home at Brook Street, Holborn, London, and a facsimile of a note the poet sent to Horace Walpole. Housed in protective mylar report cover.
