Vg (no dj, lightly marked blue buckram cloth darkened on spine and round edges, blind tooled decoration to both boards, very minor area of loss at base of spine about 1/4", light edgewear and corners lightly curled but cloth not broken,clean yellow endpapers with no marks, only a couple of isolated spots title page and last page else no foxing, the pages are very clean and unmarked throughout and the binding tight, just a touch of faint age browning to pages, a very good sound copy in very good condition for its age) 12mo 379pp. Companion Shakspere. Contents: King Henry V; King Henry VI parts I, II, III; King Richard III; King Henry VIII. All pages are printed within ruled black borders with notes in column alongside. We have a copy of Volume I in almost identical format (described as a "portable edition") published 1852, but publisher's name not stated.

Collier c. 1900 [undated] as an 8 volume set, (I have several of the remaining volumes in my collection for sale). The green cloth covers look nice with gold embossed artwork and titles. Edges of text block are dyed red with black speckles. Frontipiece and tissue are intact. Good condition. The covers show edge wear particularly to the corners which are worn to the boards. The hinges are beginning to crack, but the pages are all intact. The interior pages are unmarked. There is a small abrasion to the front flyleaf. USPS electronic tracking number issued free of charge.
