. (illustrateur). Very Good+: bright and unmarked, all movables fine; corners lightly bumped, and a few tiny foxing-specks are visible on the white background of the text areas. Overall a nice copy in wonderful Czech color. 4to, cloth backed pictorial cardstock, 8.1x11.4"; 8 pop-up scenes; cover is a movable of the two children atop the roof of the gingerbread house, which can be pulled down to hide them and show the witch. The original , featuring Jenicek & Marenka, later translated as Hansel & Gretel. 8 pop-up scenes, each with a small movable, and text on a small white "book" section of the foreground. . .

. (illustrateur). Very Good: solid, unmarked, pop-up scene is perfect; flaws: some rubbing along spine; yellowish stain along outer margin edge of text pages, up to 5" x 3/4 at the widest. Folio, cloth backed pictorial cardstock, 9x12.7"; 8 pp of text plus pop-up scene. This has particularly warm and delicious colour (as compared to other Kubasta, always very colorful), including the large pop-up scene of an elaborate picnic with various animals including the bunny in overalls. Presumably one of his earlier works. . .
