Etat : Good. No edition remarks. 242 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Contains black and white photographic plates. Pages are mildly tanned with visible foxing. Mild cracking to gutters, however binding remains firm. Mild thumb-marking present. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing and tearing to ends. Boards are mildly warped.

Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are a mildly crushed, with small splits and chips. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean.

An account of the River Thames from Teddington to the Nore dealing with both its recreational value and shipping at London Port. "To the Thames we owe nearly all the beauty, size, health, wealth and dignity of ancient, medieval and modern London". A little foxing on prelims. Black cloth boards. Gilt lettering on spine. Bottom of spine rubbed and small split (c1 inch) at back board. Top of backstrip split for about half inch at centre and back board. Corners rubbed. Overall condition VG-. No dust wrapper.
