The contents are clean & unmarked, the binding is tight. The date 1935 on the title page & on the verso-First Edition. The dust jacket has a 2 cm chip off the top of the spine, wear on the corners & bottom of the spine, a closed tare in the middle of the spine, while the front flap is completer but detached from the front cover. $2.00 on the flap.
