With articles, illustrations, photographs on early twentieth-century needlecraft, as well as vintage advertisements, including splendid full-page color ad for Cream of Wheat Company (with the Cream of Wheat Man holding a large bowl of Cream of Wheat in front of a Banner that reads "WELCOME HOME, BOYS" to America's World War I troops) and full-page color ad for Old Dutch Cleanser ("Keeps Kitchen Wares Bright and Clean"). Condition: staples age-rusted; closed tears to front cover and several inside pages; periodic small chips along outer spine fold.
