A commercial pilot grounded for reckless flying decides to start his own flying school, which becomes the profitable hub of a new government-funded civilian pilots' training program. Blue titled wrappers, noted as CONTINUITY & DIALOGUE on the front wrapper, dated October 23, 1939. Title page present, with credits for director Alfred E. Green, screenwriters Lou Breslow and Owen Francis, and various other members of the cast and crew. 150 leaves, with last page of text numbered 149. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only.
