The last 40pp have light wrinkling at the top edge, no other signs of dampness. Otherwise clean and tight, no tears or creases, no markings.

Burnett" to front free endpaper; bookseller ticket, pencil scribbling to preliminaries, but pages otherwise unmarked. An exceedingly scarce history of baseball from the early 20th century. Includes a chapter from Christy "Big Six" Mathewson and a section on Spalding's rules. No copies in retail and scarce in auction records as of March 2023.
