Spine of volume 1 is concave; this volume's binding is limp, with many pages weakly attached and threads visible in the gutters. However, the binding in volume 2 is tight. Scattered pencil marks in margins, but most pages clean. Many pages in volume 2 are uncut. History of a Catholic university in Maryland that also has the largest seminary in the United States. Illustrated with black and white plates.
