The spine is faded and most of the white spine lettering is gone (but title is clear since lettering was debossed into the cloth. Generally clean covers, sharp corners, two tiny splits at top edge of spine cloth, old owner name penned to front pastedown otherwise no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, solid binding, minor foxing on title page but no foxing on other pages. The book measures 243mm tall x 168mm and has 325 pages, 32 b/w photo plates, 8 maps and diagrams. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
