Volume 5: small spot on spine. Volumes 6 and 7: mmall streak on spine. Volume 8: wear at top of spine. Volume 9: old stamp pressed between two pages, leaving a mark on one page. The "Semi-Centennial Memorial" edition. A popular account issued on the semi-centennial of the beginning of the war. It contains a great deal of text as well as photographic documentation.
