Third printing Very close to fine pictorial stiff wraps with excellent spine and crisp text throughout. Another author's name and date neatly to the first page which affects none of the text. We notice a few pages with subtle lining.

Lawrence Durrell Began writing Miller as a fan of the author at the age of 23, Miller was himself 43. The book that started their correspondence, "Tropic of Cancer", Their correspondence 400pp., bound in rust cloth lettered and ruled in gilt, spine lettering gilt. A very nice copy, nearly fine in very good, unclipped dust jacket showing light edge wear and slight fading to spine.
