Top of box has section of side torn away but included and a tear at corner. There is some age discoloration and edge wear. Bottom of box has light soil and a split and tear at one corner. Book very good with only minimal signs of wear. (G2).

It can be read to children from three to seven years old." Grades just below Near Fine. Book shows very light wear at corners. Paper cover shows foxing, presumed from acidic glue used in construction, along spine edge of front and back covers and over spine. Hinges and binding very tight. Very light foxing to endpapers. Light smudging to title page, otherwise text block is in fine condition. Box shows light to moderate wear with some tearing. Old price of $3 penned on front of box.
