Moderate tanning to pages with heavier tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Pen inscriptions to front endpaper and visible tanning to text block edges. Binding is loose. Boards have heavy sunning and visible edge wear. Minor bumping to corners and fair crushing to spine ends with major sunning to spine.

Binding remains firm. Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Folded map to rear is slightly tanned with minor creasing on folds. Minor water drops to top text block edge. Text is unaffected. Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Visible sunning to spine and boards with some crushing to spine ends. Faint markings overall. Book is bowed and forward leaning.
