The spine has faded , most likely from the sun. The spine shows shelf wear at the top and bottom. The corners are bumped and thread bare. Illustrated with black and white photographs. The binding is signed on front free endpaper verso. This copy was awarded as Junior Carpentry Prize in 1939, signed by A.C. Blunt (master) and Ernest C. Crosse (headmaster 1933-1946).
