Hardcover. Etat : Poor. No Jacket. A sorry-looking copy, binding is broken in more than one place and sewing slack between signatures, page edges are tanned and foxed, cover has been repaired/strengthened along the hinges with what looks like carpet tape, and is worn and marked. Apparently complete, but the book uses the original pagination from the magazine, so it's hard to say.
