A biography of the 19th century Australian explorer John McDouall, along with the traversing of Australia from South to North with little recognition and few rewards at the time. Minor rubbing of the book corners and softening of the back strip edges. Light browning and foxing of the text block edges with age toning of the pages. Foxing throughout the book, most heavy at the beginning and at the end of the book. A little chipping of the dustwrapper corners with rubbing of the edges and panels.
