"Being the memoirs of the adventures of Mr. John Marvel, a servant of his late majesty king Charles 1., in the years 1642-43, written by himself. " The book is in acceptable condition. The covers have moderate shelf rub and light spotting, bumped and slightly worn corners and spine ends. Toning and a little foxing at the endpapers. The first few pages have some finger smudges. Area near the rear where likely a news article was stored.
