Hardcover. Etat : Very Good+. This is quite the nicely illustrated oversized stiff paper wrap stapled book from 1901. The condition is Very Good+, no jacket issued. #3632. The cover has only a touch of wear and the edges are very good. The spine is in very nice condition with very light wear. The back cover has some soiling, but not bad. The pages are in very good condition, no tears or writing, and there is four full page color prints. This book looks like it was written for an Young Reader. No names. The back page by A.F. Schauffer, D.D. talks about the famine in India. 12 page Classic Religious Work.

Etat : Good. Lot of 6 Pretty Victorian Lithographic Booklets, the Art Lithographic Publishing Company, New York; Artistic Lithographic Company, London; Marcus Ward & Co. Ltd., Belfast and New York; Henry Altemus Company, Philadelphia; Raphael Tuck & Sons, London, Paris, and New York, circa 1880s-1890s, various sizes. Lot of 6 beautifully illustrated Victorian-era lithographic booklets. Four of them - The Ascension to Glory by E. M. Sackett, Prince of Peace by Dora Ross, Christmas Day by the Rev. John Keble, and Sorrow and Old Friends by W. A. Fraser - have religious themes. Of the other two, Golden Buttercups by Helen Marion Burnside contains charming verse about buttercups in spring, and the other is Charms for All Seasons, a pretty little calendar with color lithographs and short poetry verses accompanying each month. In good condition overall.

Stapled Soft Cover. Etat : Very Good. Raphael Tuck # 5565. This is a VG Raphael Tuck & Sons paperback 14 page with 4 chromo text plates plus a nice cover chromo of a North American Indian in full dress with a kneeling Huck Finn like lad with his rifle. No date, but 1880 would be about right.
Soft cover. Etat : Good. Stiff softcover, about 15 by 7 inches, 10 pages, center stapled. Color lithographed cover with a handsome life sized pup is moderately worn with creases anda 4 inch tear repaired on the reverse with archival tape. lower corner of front cover missing a 3/4 by 1/4 inch piece. The cover tear had previously been repaired on the insde with cellotape which has been removed but has left a stain. I have re-inforced the center fold with archival tape. Contents are loose having pulled from thier staples. Slight wear to bottom of first page which has slight staining near fold, but contents generally clean with no scribbling. This book contains short poems illustrated in brown ink and three handsome color lithographs in addition to the cover illustration. Part of Father Tuck's Christamas Series. No date, myu guess published about 1890.
