DJ now encased in protective brodart case to prevent any further damage. This is the revised and enlarged edition, and is roughly 11 inches long by 9 inches wide. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1968, states first revised and enlarged edition. Original publication dated to 1951. lxxxiii + 208 pages. Includes historical context about Alfred Jacob Miller, 1967 reassessment, a selection of Miller's watercolors recreated in full color, individual analysis of his work in black and white, bibliography, index, and list of museums exhibiting Miller's work. Front attached endpaper is inscribed as a gift from a former owner. Pages otherwise clean and bright. Binding attached bound pages to boards at spine is loosening, but not notably.
