Slight crinkling to paper at gutter. Pages are heavily tanned and foxed with visible markings throughout. Binding throughout is slightly loose, however all page remain attached. Front free endpaper is missing. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards. Book has a slight forward lean.

Foxing more intense towards the start and end of the book. Front endpaper has been removed. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. A few dog-eared corners. Text block edges intensely foxed. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Book has an intense forward lean.

Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Occasional thumb-marking present. Heavy cracking to front hinge with exposed binding, causing board to be slightly loose. Metal ends of binding loop sticking out of gutter to pages 80 and 81. Faint brown marking to a few pages, text is not affected. Binding is loose. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Mild sunning to spine and edges. Black scuffed marking to all surfaces, with some light water staining and brown marks. Scuffing and light marking overall. Book is forward leaning.

Sticker to front endpaper and visible foxing and tanning to text block edges. Both hinges are cracked with exposed netting and there is cracks to guttering with exposed netting. Boards have visible rubbing and sunning along with minor bumping to corners. Heavy crushing to spine ends and splitting to joints. Visible sunning to spine as well.
