Shawn (1891-1972) was a major figure in twentieth century American modern dance, first as a performer and then choreographer and artistic director; "Donato" is likely Donato Cedrone. The book is unmarked; spine slant; corners and spine ends bumped. The dust jacket is not price-clipped (original price $4.95); chipped and edgeworn, with short closed tears; Brodart protected. Signed by Author(s).
