Dustjacket lightly age yellowed, some foxing, three 1 inch tears and several lesser nicks and chips. Book itself has wrinkles towards center of a few adjoining leaves (probably occurred during the printing process) , one marginal note, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked; probably never really read. History; New York.
