Softening and rubbing to the head into the heel of the backstrip and bumping to the book corners. Dust marks to the top textblock edge and browning to all edges of the textblock edge and to the pages. Gift inscription to the half title page and there are a few foxing spots to the first two and last few pages of the book. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower right-hand corner of the front paste-down. Chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the head and to the heel of the backstrip. There is a 1.25" tear to the top edge of the front dustwrapper panel with associated creasing. Heavy rubbing to the fold over creases and the rear spine garter has a 3 inch split, 1 inch from the lower dustwrapper edge. Heavy trading to the backstrip and browning to the fold over panels.
