Lettering to spine rubbed. Corners lightly bumped and tips rubbed, minor edgewear. Paper has split at both gutters revealing mesh. Previous owner signature to front endpaper, 'teacher' is written on front pastedown. Text is overall clean and bright but does show the occasional thumb smudge. Wonderfully illustrated with both black and white and full-color drawings by Eloise Wilkin.
