All edges worn, backstrip ends and corners frayed, a bit of spotting and scuffs on paper boards, ribbon tie attached to fore edge of front board but missing from rear, two small closed tears in fore edge front panel of booklet and ink name in upper corner, ink name on every plate, otherwise contents very good. Brick and mortar bookshop since 1975!.

Etat : Very Good. 12 x 9", cloth backed string-tied portfolio with 24pp string-tied wraps booklet and 138 (of 143) 11.5 x 9" plates; covers are very worn, extremities chipping, bottom of spine torn, booklet is heavily stained, and the plates are all water stained with adhesions and several are still stuck together. SWAF. Still, the portfolio (inside) is SIGNED TWICE BY FAMOUS DETROIT ARCHITECT LOUIS KAMPER including once with the date "May 15 1917". Kamper was responsible for most of Downtown Detroit's Washington Boulevard (including the newly renewed Book Tower and Book Cadillac Hotel), along with several Grosse Pointe mansions, etc.
