Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Pen inscription to front pastedown. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Lettering is bright and clear. Minor scuffing to edges and corners. Unclipped jacket. Panels and spine have light edgewear with tears and creases. Minor loss to spine and edges. Price sticker to flap. Minor wear marks to spine and panels.

Etat : Acceptable. Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. An acceptable condition book. No dust jacket. Moderate rubbing and splitting to edges. Significant cracks in the hinge at intervals throughout the book but all pages are still firmly attached. Internal contents are pleasantly crisp and bright and coloured illustrations remain vivid. Part of the 'Warne's Bonnie Books' collection and ilustrated by M. Herbert. A reliable reading copy only of a rare book.

HB/DW dustwrapper is worn and torn with some loss at top and bottom of spine and small piece wissing from one corner,price clipped,there is also some water damage to one side of back board and back dustwrapper, presentation sticker on first page , contents bright and clean .

Quarto 10'' x 8'' 128 pp. Colour frontispiece, red and black tone illustrations throughout. First story is 'The Gypsie's Wood.' This book belongs to, not filled in, only very light rubbing to the corners, light foxing spotting to the top of the lower end paper and in Very Good clean and bright condition.
