Etat : Fair. 1941. No Edition Remarks. 280 pages. No dust jacket. Signed by the author. Brown cloth with black lettering to spine. Latin and English text. Inscription to second leaf: 'Maila, with love from V. G. L.'. Slight cracking to gutters, however pages remain attached. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. pp. 155 to end appear to be printed on darker paper that is slightly more tanned. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book and on text block edges. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Slight rubbing to spine. Book has a moderate backward lean.

The jacket is worn at the head of the spine and has a tiny tear on the front flap fold. Otherwise lightly tanned. A very scarce vintage Catholic book on the Liturgy of the Hours.
