Plastic Comb. Etat : Good. Of the six colorful 'animations' in this classic, three are intact; of the other three, the Tired Old Horse is missing from the first, Andy's arm from the scene with the soda tree, and the "Move" tab from the Prince's welcome. One page has a tear across the top bound corner, and many have small tears at the bound edges; the narrow, tight plastic comb binding, itself intact, has proven too tight for pages and cover to turn comfortably, and in fact the portion of the cover enclosed by the comb has become detached. Other than these and the predictable wear around corners and spine ends of the cover and occasional fingerprints in the page margins, attractive enough to offer to some nimbler-fingered devotee of the rag dolls as suitable for merging with another damaged copy to create a cheerful whole.
