Includes a page of text, an illustration, and publishing information on the final page. The final collaboration between Hughes and Baskin, who began working together in 1959; Hughes called *Oresteia* "the best thing I have ever done." Only 60 copies were published.

A magnificent edition of the three plays that comprise *The Oresteia*: *Agamemnon*, *Choephori*, and *The Eumenides*. This edition was the last collaboration between Hughes, who died in 1998, and Baskin, who died in June 2000 just days after completing this book. From a limited edition of 60 copies Signed by Carol Hughes and Lisa Unger Baskin, who shepherded the book through eventual publication. This is copy number 31. A superb copy of the last major literary work issued by the Gehenna Press.
