Light general cover wear with no outstanding negative features. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 10" Tall.

Book is a little cocked toward the fore-edge and spine is cracked at the rear although the text block remains firmly bound in. Pages clean and undamaged but tanned from age. Moderate soiling with some additional spots on the exterior covers and spine. Three corner tips are turned in a bit at the tip. Rub wear to top and bottom edges of spine, seams, with boards showing at tips of corners. Top edge of spine is a bit frayed. Will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.

First edition of this translation. Original red cloth with black titles and decorations to the spine and upper board, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding firm, the cloth with a little rubbing at the extremities and very slight wear at the foot of the spine. The toned contents are otherwise clean and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed and creased original dustwrapper which has some chips and short closed tears.
