Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. This is the first printing of the 'First Revised Edition' published in 1980. The original edition was published in 1941. You can see the covers in the photos. They are exceptionally clean. There is a very light bit of toning off a few of the edges. The red lettering is nicely bright and free of any wear. The cover edges and corners are in very good shape, no rubbing. The spine has a moderate forward lean, but the book is very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. The pages are in excellent condition. Scrolling through, I'm not finding any instances of soiling. I'm also not finding any creasing. There are no markings. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. You can see the dust jacket in the first few photos. It's in very solid shape. I don't see any tears. There is some crinkling at both spine ends, a tiny bit at the front top corner. The jacket is very clean, only a few tiny spots. The spine is lightly toned. The flaps are also very clean, no tears, only a couple of tiny crinkles. The jacket is not priced or clipped. It will be fitted with a large protective cover after the photos are scanned. This is a large book and the domestic shipping is free. 'Martha Graham: Sixteen Dances in Photographs is a monumental tribute to Miss Graham and a dance company that has been making history for half a century.' Miss Graham was the first dancer/choreographer to receive the Medal of Freedom.
