Mild shelfwear to the boards. Else, the binding is tight with no additional markings to the interior. Illustrated with numerous black and white and color photographs, with floor plan diagrams of each house discussed. Inscribed by the Author and Architect. Book.

Staub has signed a blank white sticker that is 2 1/4 inches by 4 inches that is affixed to the title page. The slipcase has a few white spots on one side and a few places on the bottom edges that a cloth string is visible. The boards are very nice with little wear seen. The hinges and the spine are very good. Very light spotting on the outside edge of the pages. 363 pages. The inside pages are bright and look unmarked. Many black and white photographs and floor plans throughout this book. A 23 page or so color photograph section in the book also. Signed by Author(s).
