This work investigates the archaeological, technical, and musical history of these lures.Written by H.C. Broholm, William P. Larsen, and Godtfred Skjerne, all experts in the field of Danish Antiquities.Illustrated with thirty monochrome plates and numerous in-text illustrations. Collated and complete.The first edition of this work. In half morocco binding with paper covered boards. Externally, shelf wear to the boards and significant rubbing to the joints, extremities, and head and tail of the spine. Some loss to the leather at the top left corner of the front board.
