Last collection by this Canadian poet who was the first female poet awarded the Royal Society of Canada's Lorne Pierce Medal, and who, in 1967, she was made an Officer of the Order of Canada "for her contributions to Canadian poetry." 56 pp. Very good plus in yellow cloth with dark brown titles to front and spine in a very good yellow dust jacket (some light toning to pages, spot on back cover of dj.).

Dafoe to the front-free endpaper, else, contents without blemish with bright and clean leaves. Overall, very good+. A lovely association copy of this early work of Canadian poetry. Bears the signature in pencil of noted Western-Canadian journalist, writer, and biographer, John Wesley Dafoe (1866-1944); editor of the Manitoba (later Winnipeg) Free Press.
