Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Poor. Revised Edition. Rare cookbook! Jacket is in poor condition. It is heavily faded and yellowed, as well as torn along the spine and creases, just barely in one piece, but with the front and back pages relatively intact. The cover shows heavy sunning and shelfwear, with lettering along the spine faded as well. Interior pages fare much better, with moderate yellowing and ink offset through the pages. Pages are clean, and binding is surprisingly tight.
