Cloth. Etat : Fair. No Jacket. Blue cloth binding with gilt print on the front cover and spine. There is underlining and margin notations in portions of the book. The front hinge is starting to crack. The cover has some scuffing. The spine is darkened and has some small end tears. Volume Two only.

Some soilage on page edges. Dark blue buckram covers are tight & straight, with some scuffing, especially on edges; corners rubbed just a little. Gilt lettering on front and spine is clear. Originally published as a book of English prose and another of poetry, this combines the contents into a full set of 2 books.
