Contains excerpts from the book, steel engravings, samples of two spine straps in different colors and designs attached to endpapers, and lined pages with names and addresses of subscribers pencilled in. Cover is worn and chipped with fraying at extremities, tanning and spotting on endpages, binding shaken but intact.
