In very good blue bevel-edged cloth boards, with indented black titles and image of large sailing ship to front. The boards are flat; quite clean and firm, with bumped corners and spine ends. Unmarked pale yellow end papers; the front end papers have split down gusset and webbing visible. It looks as if a book plate or something similar has been removed from front paste down. Tanned cut edges. The text block is printed in two columns and are firm and clean with slight warp to most pages. Very good minus condition. No dedications etc. Publisher's adverts to rear. Without jacket.
