Livre Edition originale
Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. 1st Edition. 1st thus, reprint of the 1887 Dryden Press edition, first published in 1825 though written in 1578. With unclipped dust jacket free from nicks and tears, light creasing to head and base of spine. The book suffers from some foxing throughout, largely restricted to the margins, and to the edges of the text block. The book also contains 'the portion of the itinerary of John Leland the antiquary relating to Glamorganshire', and thus contains the work of not only the most important of the early historians of Glamorgan, but also the information collected by one of the most celebrated travellers of all time on his journey through the shire.

Livre Edition originale
Cloth. Etat : Fair. First Edition. Dark blue cloth with gilt texting to spine and front cover. Spine is weak and the front boards are becoming weak. Internally, black endpapers, evidence of bookplate removal to fpd, the No 10 (in a limited editions?), and ink name (RT Jenkins) to fep, with occasional library stamp of Bangor University College. A copy of the originally written in 1578 by Rice Merrick Esq.
