1st edition. 322 pages. illustrated with maps and battle plans. good condition hardback with some discolouration to the binding and a little internal marking, owners' names written on inside front cover. an interesting work written by a Captain in the French navy, being a study of naval tactics both historically and in the early 20th centuries, with specific chapters on the Spanish- American war and the Russo-Japanese war.
