The science of medicine is then unknown becuase of a eugenics and voluntary euthanasia scheme. Parsons, the doctors, becomes involved in a complex time-hopping plot to change the course of the past by assassinating Sir Francis Drake." Bound dos-a-dos with Brunner's Slavers of Space.
