Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound in hardcover format, generally clean, lightly toned endpapers front and rear, else with a clean and unmarked interior and filled with black-and-white engravings and illustrations, minimal rubbing to extremities. Burgundy cloth over boards, beveled, shiny, sits nicely in the hand, rubbed gilt lettering to lightly rubbed spine. Austin Dobson (1840-1921) is treated here with due homage by his son Alban who collected his poetical works, and with a Preface by Sir Edmund Gosse. xii [2], 1-88 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
