Front board is detached and is missing its bottom corner (causing the rolled corners mentioned below). Rear boards is partially detaching, and spine is cracked and chipped. Boards are likewse rubbed and worn. There is no front free or rear free endpapers (and of course no title page). Bottom Corners of some pages of the Index to the Bible are rolled (about a dozen pages. Pages are age toned with foxing, some soiling on a small number towards the corners of the "rolled" ones, and some are brittle. First two pages are missing corners with a small amount of text gone. Title page of the Psalms has tears and folds. This contains a 1757 printing of the Sternhold and Hopkins Psalter (aka "Day Psalter" or the "Old Version"). There is a pagination error (although all Psalms are included) in the Psalter, i.e. Psalm I (1) to Psalm XVIII (18), then Psalm CI throug Psalm CV (101-150), then Psalm XVIII (18, continued) through Psalm C (100). One page of the Psalter has chipping at bottom (a small part of some text missing from Psalms 136 and 139).
