Livre
Soft cover. Etat : Near Fine. 'Published for an exhibition in Frankfurt and Munich, 28. September 2000 ? 21 January 2001. Bornegaleriwe im Museum Judengasse.' There is an introduction in English along with a piece on the Ringelblum Archive by Ruta Sakowska, also in English. Most of the descriptions throughout the book are in German. There are photographs, copies of documents, maps, drawings. This is an unusual copy. It's in a spiral binding. The book is quite rare. I'd couldn't find one in a spiral binding. It may have been put out prior to the publication of the actual book or it could have been a copy that someone created from the catalogue. I think it's the latter. It runs 90 pages. The binding is excellent. The front has a plastic cover. The rear cover is black. The pages are in very good shape. From the book: ' Along with the exhibition, a catalogue of 90 pages was published, in which the documents are presented and elaborated. Emanuel Ringelblum and his helpers are presented by means of short biographies. An extensive chronological table contextualizes the documents in view of the general history of the Warsaw ghetto.'.
